Our May camp out will be taking place this Friday, May 19th.
We will be camping on BLM land out on Stansbury Island. We will meet at
Jason Kelly's home (2348 E Willow Hills Dr) at 4:15pm for pack check and plan on heading
out as soon as we can.
The weather will get as cold as 45 degrees on Friday
evening/Saturday morning…..so the boys will need warm gear. Consult the
official camp gear checklist for more details. (probably a mix between summer and winter list)
Also bring the following:
- Tin foil dinner and any snacks/drinks they would like (we will provide bottle water)
- Wear comfortable shoes to hike in……and a headlamp if you have one
- Anyone who has a tent should bring it
- If any of you have a sharp ax for cutting firewood it would help us out
We plan on having them home around 10am.
